This rambling farmhouse is great for families or a group of friends who want to have a holiday to remember. It's a place where you will feel spoilt yet at home. The thick whitewashed walls and high ceilings keep the house cool in the summer months.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with high beamed ceiling, antique windows and french doors and four- poster double bed. Views to Lake Vinuela. Bedroom 2 with high ceiling, double bed and pebbled wet room en-suite. Bedroom 3 with double bed, french doors to Andalucian courtyard which in turn leads to the roof terrace. Bedroom 4 with double futon bed and large en-suite with sunken bath. Bedroom 5 with funky mezzanine single wooden bed plus one other single bed.
Bathrooms:	En-suite to bedroom 2 - pebbled wet room and WC. En-suite to bedroom 4 -sunken bath, standalone shower and WC. Family bathroom - pebble and stone wet room and WC.
Kitchen:	Large family kitchen/diner with five-ring hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, great supply of pots and pans, utensils etc - a well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking!
Utility Room:	Washing machine in outside shed.
Living Rooms:	Large,cool sitting room with beamed ceiling, stone fireplace, antique hidrolica floor, lots of comfy seating, British satellite TV, video/DVD player and views to Lake Vinuela and the Med.
Other:	Extra beds can be set up for an 11th and/or 12th guest in the study and bedroom 2. The study also houses many books, videos/DVDs and board games. There is an outdoor table tennis table for the energetic!
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Bath towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Please bring pool/beach towels. The pool is cleaned twice a week and a gardener will visit two or three times a week to care for veg patch and chickens!

Accessibility

Unfortunately the property is not suitable for people with mobility problem as the cortijo is on the side of a mountain and there are steps outside and inside between rooms.

Outside

At the front of the house, outside the kitchen/diner is a wonderfully scented terrace covered in vines, jasmine and bougainvillea. Perfect for al fresco dining, birdwatching and sunsets and stargazing.

Poolside there is even more space - both lawn and terracing - in shade and sun, with panoramic views of mountains, lake and sea. The pool is salt water ( no nasty chemicals) and solar heated. There is an outdoor fridge, sink and gas BBQ, plus plenty of seating.

At night the pool can be lit for those who enjoy swimming under the stars – and wow, what stars!
There is also an outdoor table tennis table.

The hen run and the vegetable garden are on the slopes behind the house – enjoy having a wander.
