We have taken action to make the farmhouse as 'green' as possible.
Booking
A 30% deposit is required when a booking is confirmed. The balance to be paid 4 wks before arrival. On arrival a good housekeeping deposit of 300 euros is required.

Changeover day
Flexible. Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am. Everything is open to negotiation of course!
Liability
Although the property is fully insured, including third party liability, it is the responsibility of those using the accommodation to ensure they have adequate insurance cover. You and your party's stay in the property is entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for losses, damages or injury resulting from using the accommodation and its facilities.
